COMBINED

Fixed Server Select Screen for French and German Language Settings.
The Server Transfer window now has a scroll bar so that all 15 shards may be visible at one time.
- Previously some shards could only be viewed by altering the description settings
- A to Z vs. Z to A.
The Game Client will offer clearer descriptions in cases of out of memory crashes.
