• Fixed rare crash bug that prevented some characters from logging on.

Powers

• Blaster attacks (primary and secondary) with multiple damage types were inadvertently doing too much damage (up to 50% more!) in PVP after the irresistible damage change. This has been corrected.

• Power sets affected by the Blaster fix include Archery, Energy Blast, Fire Blast, Ice Blast, Sonic Attack, Electricity Manipulation, Energy Manipulation, Fire Manipulation, Ice Manipulation

CITY of VILLAINS

City Zones

• The Abyss - Fixed hole in the zone that allowed players to get under the game world.
